Shipping:
We ship to USA and Canada absolutely FREE. Our paintings are sent via FedEx Ground shipping directly to the address that you have specified. All paintings are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and put inside custom made mirror boxes and are delivered to you within 10 days of your purchase. To check the status of your delivery, email us at dukeofmletaks@yahoo.com along with your confirmation number.

International shipping:
We also ship internationally. Paintings are sent via USPS express or Fedex express for only $49.95, plus $29.95 for each additional painting. All paintings shipped internationally come rolled in a tube only.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, personal checks and money order payments.
For check or money order payments please call us for instructions.
All transactions are 100% secured; we do not disclose any of your information to third parties.
Return and Refund Policy:
Our goal is to make each and every one of our customers happy! If you feel that for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return it. You will get the full refund, as long as the painting is not damaged and sent back to us in the original box. Customer pays for the shipping back to us.
Please, make sure you contact us before returning paintings.
Any promotional offers are final, no refund or exchange will be given.
Receiving your Refund:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
